Two weeks ago, Jason and I spent a Saturday in Mills Run, Pennsylvania, touring the incredible architectural wonders of Frank Lloyd Wright. First we saw Kentuck Knob and then traveled 7 miles down the road to see Falling Water, his most famous residential design.
Kentuck Knob
Looking into the living room at Falling Water
The veranda and living room that cantilevers over Bear Run.
This was the coolest part! A staircase leading down to the water, so that you can swim or fish from the living room! Amazing!
Looking upstream to the house (which was completed in 1937!), it was a very busy day at Falling Water, but so worth it! I got to cross it off of my bucket list! (Falling Water in the Fall!).
