I get lots of questions on my parents and how they're managing in Africa (hope you don't mind me blogging about you, Mom and Dad!).
We are able to Skype with them regularly (when their internet allows) and even though it's over the computer, it's a nice way for us (especially Griff!) to see their faces.
They recently went on a Gorilla trek and this was a photo we received (gorilla in the background):
